Ryan is an 8-year flight attendant and Event Director for Black Flight Attendants USA (BFUSA), where he transforms the organization's vision into memorable experiences that unite and uplift Black aviation professionals nationwide.

In his role, Ryan orchestrates events that go beyond networking. creating intentional spaces where BFUSA members connect authentically, celebrate their shared culture, and support one another's professional and personal growth. His meticulous attention to detail and creative execution ensure every gathering embodies the organization's core values: excellence, community, and cultural pride.
