Founded in 2016 by Samantha Middleton, BFUSA exists to create space for shared experience, professional alignment, and cultural pride within aviation. Black flight attendants nationwide across airlines, cities, and seniority levels. come from major domestic and international airlines. The community brings together professionals who understand the demands of the job and the added weight of navigating the industry while Black.
